Century Wind Power aims to promote academic exchanges to introduce knowledge 

about offshore wind power and its components. This initiative provides students 

interested in offshore wind power technologies with an early understanding 

of the workplace, employment environment, and industry development. 

Additionally, it offers employment and internship opportunities 

to enhance young talent's technical and practical abilities. 

Through these collaborations, the company identifies and nurtures talent, 

creating a win-win situation for both the industry and aspiring professionals.

In 2021, Century Wind Power engaged in several significant collaborations:

• An exchange and visit with the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at

  Chinese Culture University (Figures 1 and 2).

• Participation in the International Academic Conference on Marine Law and

  Policy and a recruitment event at National Taiwan Ocean University (Figure 3).

• Forming a strategic alliance with Taipei City University of Science and

  Technology for talent cultivation in the wind power industry (Figure 4).
