Century Wind Power places great importance on talent cultivation, demonstrated 

not only by its involvement with Century Green Energy & Business School 

but also through a growing number of site visits and industry-academia 

collaboration activities. In 2022, the company hosted nearly 100 

industry-academia exchange events. Notable visits included 

the Taiwan Electric Power Association in September (Photo 1), 

I-Shou University and Taoyuan Women Entrepreneurs in October (Photos 2 & 3), 

Finance & Culture Association in November (Photo 4), 

and the Geotechnical Engineers Association (Photo 5). 

Through these efforts, Century Wind Power aims to promote the offshore 

wind power industry and encourage greater local participation in this field.
