The Greater Changhua offshore wind power project includes the development of four wind farms: Northeast,     Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest.

    The total installed capacity of the four wind farms is expected to be 2.4 GW,

    with the wind farms located 35-60 kilometers offshore from Changhua.

    The dimensions of the foundation piles are approximately 2.5m-4m in diameter,

    65m-130m in length, and weigh 200t-400t.
