To cultivate professionals in the green energy industry and support the development 

of national green energy policies, Century Wind Power took over 

" Cheng-kung Senior Industial Commercial Vocational School

" in March 2022 and officially renamed it " Century Green Energy Vocational 

Senior High School" in November 2022.

Amid the challenges of a saturated domestic high school and vocational school 

market and a declining birth rate, the school not only maintains diverse 

industry-academia collaboration programs but also aligns 

with the green energy trend. 

Upholding the principle of "learning by doing, doing while learning,

" it focuses on developing disciplines related to the green energy industry, 

setting a benchmark for education and enhancing the school's competitiveness.

Through a strategic industry-academia alliance, students receive systematic training 

from basic to advanced levels, allowing them to directly learn domestic 

and international technologies, knowledge, and processes in the offshore 

wind power industry. After graduation and passing competency assessments, 

students are guaranteed employment opportunities at Century Wind Power, 

enabling them to apply their skills in the workplace. 

This initiative not only provides job opportunities for young talents but also 

aims for them to continuously refine 

their offshore wind power craftsmanship, keeping offshore wind power 

manufacturing expertise within Taiwan.
