Century Wind Power places great emphasis on cultivating talent for the green energy

industry, particularly in the challenging field of welding technology training. 

In addition to systematically planned training programs in green energy industries, 

Century Wind Power has also established strategic industry-academia alliances. 

These partnerships enable students to directly learn both domestic 

and international technologies, knowledge, and manufacturing processes related 

to the offshore wind power industry. Through this initiative, students can obtain 

international certifications, enhance their technical expertise, 

and retain these valuable skills in Taiwan, strengthening industry-academia research 

and development capabilities.

In August 2022, Century Wind Power signed an industry-academia collaboration 

agreement with Minghsin University of Science and Technology.
