In April 2023, Century Wind Power held an inauguration ceremony for Century Green 

Energy Vocational Senior High School, officially marking the company’s entry into 

the field of education. During their studies, students receive generous scholarships 

and benefit from industry-academia strategic alliances. 

Additionally, Century Wind Power donated 24 EWM welding machines 

(valued at over NT$3 million), enabling students to directly learn domestic 

and international technologies, knowledge, and manufacturing processes related 

to the offshore wind power industry. Students can obtain international certifications, 

develop specialized skills, and secure employment opportunities, 

with starting salaries ranging from NT$38,000 to NT$120,000. 

Alternatively, they can choose to further their education at technology 

universities in related fields.

Beyond training local youth, the school actively collaborates with Southeast Asian 

countries through industry-academia partnerships and government-led 

exchange programs, attracting international students. 

In 2022, the number of overseas students was fewer than 40, but by 2023, 

enrollment exceeded 200 students, with the largest growth among 

Myanmar students. Moving forward, the school aims to further expand 

its student base to support the future export of offshore wind power products 

and strengthen international outreach.
