To promote employee well-being and strengthen cross-company collaboration, Century Wind Power and 

Century Heavy Industry jointly held the Century Wind Power × Century Heavy Industry Badminton 

Friendship Tournament on Saturday, August 1. The event brought colleagues together outside of work 

through sports, fostering stronger relationships while demonstrating the companies' commitment to 

a healthy workplace and teamwork. 

The tournament attracted enthusiastic participation from employees across both companies. Throughout 

the competition, participants demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship by competing fairly, respecting 

one another, and giving their best on the court. Beyond the matches, the event also provided valuable 

opportunities for employees from different departments and companies to connect and build stronger 

relationships in a lively and friendly atmosphere.
