On-the-job Talent Training and Pension Plan
CWP values training of talents from the entry-level to senior level and encourages each
department to arrange annual education and training plans according to the job needs annually,
and also encourages employees to participate in various types of professional competence
examination and training, seminars, and course training to improve the career development of
employees, as well as to improve the professional technical talent capital of the Company.
CWP continued to assign employees to travel to overseas offshore wind power underwater
foundation-related manufacturers for visits and audits in order to learn their manufacturing
technologies, facility planning and environmental safety and health management policy
implementation, thereby improving the manufacturing technologies and cooperating with
diverse and international business strategies. Century Wind Power appropriates 6% of employee
salary for depositing into the personal pension account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance on a
monthly basis according to the “Labor Pension Act,” in which the voluntary pension
appropriation ratio of employees ranges from 0% to 6%. The Company had no retired
personnel in 2023.
