Non-salary Benefit


In addition to the non-salary benefits of employee group insurance, medical insurance, injury and
disability insurance, parental leave, retirement system and employee stock options, CWP has
established the Employee Welfare Committee consisting of nine members from both the labor and
management, and meetings are convened periodically in order to coordinate welfare activities, to
provide appropriate benefits or subsidies to employees, such as year-end/new year dinner party,
employee dormitory, travel activity, three-holiday gifts, and various types of subsidies,
such as: transportation commute subsidy, wedding/funeral, maternity, injury and sickness, etc.
